Aulus Postumius Albinus (cos. 99)

Consul in 99 BCE. Brother of Spurius (cos. 110 BCE). Together they fought king Jugurtha.

    MT: Co-consul with Marcus Antonius. Various ancient authors (Cicero, Pliny, Gellius, etc.) record their consulship. Coins of Postumius are known. During his consulship Antonius opposed an agrarian law proposed by the tribune Titius (per Cicero, De Oratore).
