They carried a law to require three nundinae in the period from announcement of a bill to its passage (Cic. Dom. 41; Sest. 135, and Schol. Bob. 140 Stangl; Phil. 5.3; cf. Att. 2.9.1; Leg. 3.11 and 43; Festus 416L), and one to forbid the union of unrelated measures in a single bill (Cic. Dom. 53). Didius received the province of Nearer Spain (Obseq. 47; see 97-93, Promagistrates).
