    Along with Sulpicius, he opposed the attempt of Julius Caesar Strabo to proceed to the consulship without first being Praetor (a).

    Aedile edit

    Presided over the suit to recover the booty from Asculum from the estate of Pompeius Strabo, and betrothed his daughter to the young Pompey (a). See Seidel, FA 49.
