    Broughton: His agitation for restoration of the powers of the tribunate was checked by Lucullus (a). Defended Oppianicus, and after his condemnation secured the conviction of C. Iunius, the Iudex Quaestionis, and prosecuted Falcula, one of the jurors (b).
