Broughton: Quaestor pro praetore under Antony in the East, where he issued coins, some of them with the portrait and name of the Consul Lucius Antonius (a). He returned to Italy after a dispute with Marcus Antonius, and his report of Antony's attitude still further confused Antony's officers in Italy regarding his wishes and drew support away from Lucius (b).
