   No title preserved. May have served in this year and until late in 53 or early in 52 under C. Claudius Pulcher in Asia (a).

   Curio is not specifically called a Quaestor in any text, but the evidence for his age, and the date of his tribunate support the conjecture. He did not return to Rome before the autumn of 53, since Cicero attained the augurate in his absence (b).
